Ergomotion Parts & Service

Please follow these steps to obtain service and support for your Ergomotion product purchased from our partner retailers and originally distributed by Performance Sleep:

  1. Optional (recommended)Register your warranty with Ergomotion. This link opens in a new tab. You'll need your product serial number and original proof of purchase.
  2. Required: Contact Ergomotion by filling out this form or by calling them toll-free at 1-888-550-3746. You'll need your product serial number. The easiest place to find it is on a sticker inside of the battery compartment of your remote or a similar sticker adhered to your warranty and user manual paperwork that came with the bed.
  3. Explain the nature of your issue(s) and Ergomotion will help determine the possible causes and solutions.
  4. If replacement part(s) or service are required, Ergomotion will help make those arrangements according to the terms of the product warranty.
  5. In situations where such parts are in-stock at our Calgary warehouse, we'll gladly help facilitate repairs under the terms of the product warranty. Note that steps 2-4 above are required as we require Ergomotion's authorization to provide replacement parts.

SUTA Parts & Service

Note that all SUTA products originally sold by Performance Sleep are of an age now where the original manufacturers warranty on mechanical and electrical parts has long since expired.

Regrettably, SUTA stopped supporting the Canadian marketplace many years ago. However, Performance Sleep does have a small quantity of replacement parts remaining in our Calgary warehouse. Not all replaceable parts are available.

Performance Sleep will, on a best-effort basis, provide replacement parts on a cost-plus basis. The selection of replacement parts is extremely limited, and we regret to inform that should the part you need no longer be available, we would be unable to help further as sourcing these parts from SUTA is no longer possible.

We'll gladly provide parts for any Ergomotion or SUTA product provided that:

  1. The product was distributed by Performance Sleep and purchased by you through one of our partner retailers.
  2. You have the original proof of purchase available for our review.
  3. The part(s) required are still available either directly from the supplier (still being produced), or are in our Calgary warehouse.

We like working with quality independent retailers who provide their customers with a great in-store experience and after-sales support.
