Ergomotion Warranty Registration

Performance Sleep recommends that you register your Ergomotion warranty directly with Ergomotion to ensure timely support.

While Performance Sleep does stock common parts for our Ergomotion 330 and 390 adjustable beds in our Calgary warehouse, the warranty process is still administered by Ergomotion and we are typically only able to provide parts once Ergomotion determines the appropriate course of action to solve a covered warranty issue.

The benefit of having replacement parts in stock in Calgary is that we’re able to service your electric bed faster as we generally do not need to wait for parts to arrive from outside of Canada.

Please be aware that parts are only available from Performance Sleep by meeting these criteria:

  • Proof of purchase of an Ergomotion electric bed specifically distributed by Performance Sleep through one of our authorized retailers. We are unable to service or sell parts for adjustable beds that were not originally distributed by us.
  • If your warranty period is still valid, Ergomotion must authorize repairs before parts will be provided.
  • If your warranty period has lapsed and you simply wish to purchase replacement parts, Retail pricing shall apply.

Your personal information will NOT be shared with Performance Sleep or with our Retail Partners, unless, of course, you provided your information to the Retailer at the time of purchase.
